I live in Texas but have been contacted by a lady who lives in Bataan, Philippines who represents that she is needy for money for food. She previously lived here but apparently was deported back to the Philippines. She had our phone number and calls asking for monetary help. We have helped her several times this past year, but I’m wondering if there isn’t an aid organization that can assess her needs and make the best determination of help for her. If so, please let me know who to contact. Thank you.
