Is there any country where the image of ageing services is positive? It seems that IAHSA’s affiliate associations are constantly struggling with negative press about long-term care.  

And according to research conducted by ACSA, our affiliate in Australia, folks who work in ageing services are more critical of the field than those on the outside.

So ACSA has decided to do something about it. As reported in Australian Ageing Agenda, ACSA has appointed an advertising agency to develop a groundbreaking communications campaign to educate people about the field and the value those working in it bring not only to the residents but to the community at large.
