IAHSA’s English Chapter, The National Care Forum, recently conducted a survey of its not-for-profit providers to explore the issues of quality and cost in the provision of care and support services for the elderly.   Click here to see the results of their efforts.

NCF’s study shows that there is a direct relationship between quality and cost.  In a number of countries around the world, governments are trying to find ways to meet the challenges of an ageing population through reassessment of care systems.    To ensure that these new systems live up to their expectations they will need to have a quality system that is supported by sufficient resources.
