The annual Global Information Technology Report was released earlier this year by the World Economic Forum and its no surprise that countries such as India, Malaysia and Vietnam are among the fastest-growing centers for IT anywhere in the world.

The WEF ranks countries on factors such as public-and private-sector use of technology, consumer access to the latest gadgets and the quality of infrastructure, such as 3G mobile networks and broadband connectivity.   All of which sets the stage for increased use of technologies for ageing services.

Here are the Top 10, in descending order:  Sweden, Singapore, Denmark, Switzerland, USA, Finland, Canada, Hong Kong, Netherlands and Norway.
